Description
  • Leading the integration and implementation of accounting, financial and tax planning and processes to meet the rapid growth of the business and its revenue
  • Building & monitoring reliable control systems
  • Analyzes monthly financial and tax reports and related analyses
  • Financial planning process and proficient in the use of financial models
  • Performs ad-hoc accounting and financial analysis and research
  • Monitors department expenses and capital budgeting through tracking and reporting activities
  • Audits monthly closing
  • Managing the capital request and budgeting processes
  • Overseeing the company's transaction processing systems
  • Understanding and mitigating key elements of the company's risk profile
  • Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
  • Developing and engaging our stakeholders’ relationship including auditors, strategic partners, third parties, vendors, partners and state authorities (tax office, banks, etc.)

Requirements
  • +5 years of management experience and in similar position
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent judgment, a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to conduct thorough analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables and solid recommendations to senior management team
  • Strong accounting, financial and analytical skills
  • Experience with ERP system is a plus
  • Strong market orientation – an outward focus toward the customer/consumer to maximize business results
