Description

1. Analysis strenght and weakness of existing operation especially for feeder and line haul process. Instrument analysis such as: Quality, Cost, Dependability & Flexibility

2. Participate on cross functional team tasked with so,ving business issue which require operational and technical solution

3. Analyse, documents and maps operational process through workflow. Capture pertinent process step details in order to set the objective, Key Performance Indicator and Improvement Plan

4. Utilize six sigma and related technique to analysis the root cause and define the improvement plan

 

Requirements

1. Six Sigma/DMAIC and/or continous process improvement methodologies

2. Project Management Skills highly desired

3. Have knowledge about line-haul process, land and airplane transport

4. Process reengineering lifecycle methodologies and documentation
