  • Doing recruitment activities for all positions
  • Reporting recruitment process periodically to ensure 
  • Delivering recruitment based on Manpower Planning (MPP)
  • Organize recruitment needs with user based on Manpower Planning
  • Evaluate and developed recruitment progress as an opportunity for improvement
Requirements
  • Max. age 35 years old
  • Min 1 years experience in HRD specially recruitment area
  • Min bachelor's degree of psychology, magister of psychology or psychologist are preferred
  • Accustomed to used and/or interpreted Psychological Test, Assesment and Interview
  • Computer litterate (Ms. Wors, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
  • Have a good analytical thinking
  • Ability to work in team
